Bwahaha - sometimes we get it right

I know I've mentioned before that I had a friend I really wanted to 'get' MT (it was in response to another thread). I want to thank M&M. I talked to my friend last night...he has posted for a position that would be an excellent move for him and is eagerly awaiting word. In the meantime, he tells me, "I have to thank you for Manager Tools. It really shifted my perception, and I [b]needed[/b] that." It was just really, really nice to have someone I would love to see succeed pick it up and put it to use in all the ways it can benefit them. I thought I'd share.
